REQUIREMENTS: Higher education in the field of management/ economics/ information technology/ quality management systems; Experience in the field of description and regulation of business processes; Experience working with large volumes of information; Knowledge of process modeling technologies, development and implementation of regulatory documents; Experience working in a holding company or a company of a holding type; Understanding of the general principles of organization and conduct of office work; MS Office at a confident user level; Upper intermediate English; Experience in using specialized software. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing a system for process management in an organization, regulating core activities; Modeling business processes for the functional areas of company; Verification and norm control of process models; Checking process models for consistency and non-contradiction; Auditing activities for compliance with requirements and process performance indicators; Participation in the development/optimization of processes, development of Workflow models for all company processes; Providing methodological support to the company's departments on the automation of processes when changing existing and/or implementing new processes of the Society.
