Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.As a Technical Engineering Project Management Intern, you will have the following areas of responsibility: Project Leadership: focus on projects involving automated check weighing technology to ensure our products meet target weight compliance; Collaboration: work closely with the Central Engineering team to conduct feasibility studies and respond to requests; Financial Management: oversee capital expenditures, analyze trends, and conduct project's financial forecast; Engineering Solutions: contribute to developing engineering solutions and improving processes.
